Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit ONLY. If your item is being shipped, you have 14 days after your package has been delivered. If you choose the local pickup option, you have 14 days after your order has been marked ready for pickup! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the packing slip inside the bag with your purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ryleighesmithson@copperandcrymson.shop Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 818 Rule Shack Rd, Mayfield, KY 42066. **Customers will be responsible for any costs in shipping items back. If you are local, you may bring your item back & stick it in one of the unlabeled dresser drawers inside the garage! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return is processed, you will get store credit for your purchase. The total amount will be sent to your email as a gift card. If you have multiple emails, please verify which one it needs to be sent to! When you go to checkout next time, you will enter your gift card code in the discounts box. If you don't use the full amount, our system will keep track of that and you can use any of your remaining balance next time!
